  • Pioneered and executed the launch of one of the most successful magazines in publishing history by creating a TV-style upfront model for redefined go-to-market strategy.   • Shattered revenue records at W Magazine and consistently delivered the highest revenue in the publication's history. Successfully launched W Jewelry, demonstrating strong leadership in high-end publishing and media operations. Associate Publisher Allure.

Proven Growth and Turnarounds

  • Led a $300M turnaround of a Private Equity-owned scholastic company by consolidating six legacy businesses into one operational structure. Executed a major organizational overhaul and financial restructuring. Equipped a 400-person sales team and restructured $385M in debt, while launching new products and revenue streams.

  • Consolidated a $500M Home & Garden portfolio of 12 brands into one unified division, driving $20M in annual operational efficiencies. Negotiated and launched a global mega-brand partnership, Purpose Driven Life Media, and expanded 30+ brands across global markets, resulting in an $82M increase in revenue and $40M increase in profit.

Digital, E-Commerce & Media

  • Scaled CultureMap from a single-city concept to a major Texas-wide media network. Tripled revenue via expanded content, affiliate marketing, and high-value ad solutions. Upgraded technology for enhanced dynamic customer experience, positioning the brand for a $15M sale through smart growth and operational discipline.

  • Revitalized a $250M CPG company by restructuring digital channels and launching an in-house digital media division. Successfully drove a $40M increase in e commerce revenue within 18 months.

  • Launched and scaled Supernatural, a luxurious, eco-conscious home and essential oils brand. Led the DTC brand with product line extensions and groundbreaking paid/organic creative.   • Relaunched the nonprofit North Texas Entrepreneur Center’s innovation hubs under the single brand, The DEC.
